 There are things in our life we need to let go of. Sometimes the very thing God is moving we are running to.      I started a beauty supply in July of 2020 with my husband Anthony. I decided to come back on blogger and tell my followers about this journey. I have been really busy. Running a business is stressful, but it’s invigorating at the same time.  I work about 60 or 70 hours a week and love it. I am the boss, I decide the goals and I go get ‘em. Sometimes I fail sometimes I don’t.  I don’t stop.    Sometimes I have no customers. Other times wish I had help. hello guys I wanted to talk about my book Bloopy. It is so hard to sell books let alone have people come to your site. I have tried many things, most have failed. I decided to tell future authors what I am doing and what I am not. I have no degree in writing, this is just a dream. Can I make this dream come true? I am giving myself one year, I am also a store manager, but writing is my dream. I dream of young children reading my books all around the world.   Let me  say Agents are hard to find. No luck there. I am my own agent. I have learned that when you are self published the big publishing houses want you to sell about 10,000 copies, that is a lot when you are new and your name is just regular.  Some of the first things I learned was to find your target audience, only you know the group you are trying to appeal to. my group happens to be children and mothers. Is There Really A Secret??

 I was the only one who had some, Faith that is. I had no mother to get wisdom from, I had no friends to depend on never knew my father till I was thirty so I took my chances. Writing was hard, I had no writing degree what was I thinking? their must be thousands of talented writers waiting for the shot I  needed.    I didn't come from a family of means, Quite the opposite. In my pain I found peace writing was my only escape. I started writing to live the life I couldn't. I was jealous of anyone who had family. Don't get me wrong I had my Grandma, but she was not my mother. There isn't a substitute. I was jealous of anyone who  lived  better than me.
