DAY 2

WOW I want a snicker so bad. But I quit my job, okay, what have I done! I sent my manuscript to about 20 publishers no response. This is harder than I thought. Keyword thought you are what you believe. I believe I am smart and creative, I am a person who should have never quit. Back to the drawing board. I have two interviews set up, there ok nothing special but it will pay the bills. So I have a dream is it working? can't say for sure but this day two and I have been hustling, That manuscript and for a better job. strange thing I am not worried as much I have left that up to God and I keep moving. I pray a lot and my affirmation is Everyday In Everyway I am getting better and better I say it three times a day, tonight day two I will say it until I fall asleep. so that is it until tomorrow, round one of interviews

LET THEM EAT WALL

well like my fellow readers, I feel a particular way about our government. Let me say my heart goes to all the employees who are not working. I apologize on behalf of this government, who seems not to care about people, Our government has forgotten that it was we the people who voted them in. They forgot to honor uphold and protect the people. This is not a race issue but a people issue. I am deeply saddened by both parties. you go home to your warm beds and full bellies and forget about the people. This is outrageous. This is a wake-up to us all, multiple streams of income is what we need This could have happened to any of us. I am for protecting our country, but I am not for hate nor making the American people suffer this shutdown will affect us all. Help if you can pray and try and keep hope alive. nothing is by chance, and what dont kill us will make you stronger

I QUIT!!! DAY 1

those were the words I said. I was so happy to leave. I had a boss who said she was Christian but she talked about everyone including me. She told personal business, she told me that one of the managers had herpes. I was so disgusted I didn't even shake her hand. Imagine that, how many people are walking around with diseases I thought. Okay, I was judgemental, but every day I came to work I wanted to defecate upon seeing her. I really disliked my boss. She thought everyone and everybody was jealous of her, I always had to hear something. Like most people I stayed quiet to keep my job, one day I just couldn't take it.   I walked in and felt kinda good. I handed over my apron and my keys and I was out, I had a cheeseburger and a coke, dang I quit what a relief. I woke up the next day and realized I had no money and no job. Okay, I quit but maybe it would have been smarter to find another gig or at least have some savings. Okay, that wasn't smart but what could ...

DREAMS

Do our dreams die because of fear?   Hello readers,  Today I want to talk about dreams. When we were children we believed we could do anything. Now you're grown a few kids later and a husband and no dreams. We heard what our parents said "money doesn't grow on trees" or it takes money to make money. We have heard hundreds of cliches.  What you didn't know was that defeat was embedded in your psyche for years. Did you realize how slowly being a writer left, someone said writing wouldn't put food on the table? Maybe your dream was to be a singer,  someone said there are millions of singers,  a lot with talent but you need more than talent.  Maybe your parents said what mine said go to school get good grades, attend college and join the working force.
