What Kind Of Boss Do You Have?

  Bosses this is a huge subject, what kind do you have?  what kind do you want?

   I have been working for 20 plus years,  all while having multiple streams of income. I want to talk about what I have experienced and countless others. I once had a male boss that was perverted. He made comments on everything. He only hired women and was careful not to hire anyone over 150 pounds. He had a type.
  Keep in mind while he had a type he had a wife, work was his playground to harass and threaten women who actually needed their job. umm, what would we call him? how about  BUM.

Most women have encountered this type, and it's sad.

The next boss is the one who believes a woman's place is the home, and taking care of family.. ok let me say upfront its nothing wrong with being a homemaker.

 If I want to make my own money should that be a problem? This boss is the one who comes to work and braggs about what his wife better have done before he gets there.. hmmm let's call him.

LOUSE!

I have worked for a few women who have taken their role to their head. they want to teach you but not more than what they know. KNOWLEDGE IS POWER

Then you have the Boss who seems fair while interviewing but once you are hired the Boss is worse than the employees, spilling everyone's business talking bad about everyone all while being a Christian.

let us call them

Confused

The moral of this note is to let most young working people know your Bosses are only human. We cannot judge. You can only demand respect and give that in return. Every job will have their obstacles it's up to you to choose your battles. my advice pick your employer like you pick your fruit.

Just Do IT

good morning parents,       This is Nike slogan. I live my life like the slogan. Like many, I have been to  seminars that promised many things. I have read all the self help books, and I do mean all. I want to tell you about a book  called" the lazy man way to riches". I read this book because I was tired of being broke. The title alone caught my eye. The book was the basic get rich but it showed me how. I then read Wallace D. Wattles which lead me to turning my life around.      I would like to say we give up to quick on our dreams. We try things for  a minute or two then its over. Like many I wanted something for nothing. I wanted money because I assumed if I had enough  the bills would  go away. I learned you could never have enough. It seems the more money the more problems. I learned  persistence. On many occasions if I tried something and it didn't work I moved on. I became the jack of everything master of nothing. Fi...

The Urban Hot Pot

 My family and I decided to try a new restaurant. We chose a place in Chesapeake, VA, next to Plato's Closet on Volvo Drive. Our server, Li, was exceptional. I must award this establishment five stars as everything, including the service, was outstanding. We indulged in lamb, beef, chicken breast, bok choy, broccoli, rice, and five different types of noodles. We sampled almost everything on the menu, except for cow's throat. Indeed, you read that correctly. On Saturdays, the cost is $31.99, but it's higher during the week. They even have a robot that delivers your drinks. It was my first visit, but definitely not my last. I adore the experience of cooking food right at your table. If you're in search of a family-friendly restaurant, I recommend stopping by and giving it a try.

Self Published Author with a few tips

hello guys I wanted to talk about my book Bloopy. It is so hard to sell books let alone have people come to your site. I have tried many things, most have failed. I decided to tell future authors what I am doing and what I am not. I have no degree in writing, this is just a dream. Can I make this dream come true? I am giving myself one year, I am also a store manager, but writing is my dream. I dream of young children reading my books all around the world.   Let me  say Agents are hard to find. No luck there. I am my own agent. I have learned that when you are self published the big publishing houses want you to sell about 10,000 copies, that is a lot when you are new and your name is just regular.  Some of the first things I learned was to find your target audience, only you know the group you are trying to appeal to. my group happens to be children and mothers. I also found a lot of reasonable sights that help you promote your book for under 100 the first compa...
